The short version: when you email us or send the contact form, we receive what you sent and use it to reply. The site sets no tracking cookies.
What we collect
If you email us or submit the contact form, we receive what you typed: your name, company or association, email address, phone number if you gave one, and message. Our host, Netlify, also keeps standard server logs.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started. We do not add you to a mailing list, share your information, or sell it to anyone.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking or analytics scripts. If we ever add analytics, it will be a cookieless, server-side kind that does not identify you, and this policy will say so before it happens.
Where your information lives
Email to us sits in our mailbox like any other correspondence. The site is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions and standard server logs on our behalf. Form submissions are forwarded to our email and stored in the Netlify form dashboard.

SkyKPI LLC is an Illinois limited liability company based in Frankfort, Illinois. Any reference to SkyKPI in this policy means SkyKPI LLC.
Your choices
If you want a copy of what you sent us, or want it deleted, email hello@skykpi.com and we will take care of it.
